These are not your standard group food tour. Travel through Shanghai’s restaurants and beyond with an award-winning food writer providing context for everything you are seeing and eating.
Our food tours are not about the most obscure restaurants or packing in the most number of stops. Instead, we go as deep as possible on individual topics, from soup dumplings to noodle styles to Chinese fine-dining, to bring the history, culture and technique to life.
